Sir, I have completed my degree in 2016. But because of less than 50% the final marksheet is showing Division not awarded.. So after some attempts I have cleared it in 2018. But my university still not updating my marksheet . I have asked them several times they keep saying its an small error we'll fix it in 3-4 days.. but still not fixed. I can't apply for any job because of this error and it is putting negative effects on my cv.
Is there any way to sue my university for this behaviour..

Yes you can but that will take much of time,it is better you make repeated represantations to concerned persons, even submit a reprsentation to the VC .
