Legal quiz

Normally  in all statutes the definitions are given under s. 3 or 2.
In the Constitution of India definitions have been given in many articles falling under a part for the purposes of that particular part.
Which  article provides general definitions applicable to entire constitution?

Article 12 and Article 13(3) as the Constitution delas with fundamental rights.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks Dear Pratik for responding.

Art. 12 defines "the State" for the purposes of part III i.e. fundamental rights and Art. 13(3) defines the "law' for the purposes of Art. 13. Similarly  many definitions have been provided under several articles for particular purposes.

The quiz relates to one  specific Article that provides general definitions for the  constitution as whole and not for any particular article, chapter or part.
