Legal Remedy

An F. I. R was registered by a Police Station without giving place of occurence and almost three years has completed but police has not filed any chargesheet till now accused has approached Jharkhand High Court for quashing the F. I.R but High court did not quashed the F. I.R but said that F. I.R cannot be quased at present because investigation is pending so give liberty to g to come at appropriate stage now what should do by an accused to come out with this F. I. R
