Licence for vermicomposting business

I am from Rajasthan, and I want to start a business of vermicomposting here.

I do not have any farming land, and I want to do this business with rented land

I want to know here that if I do business of vermicomposting on rented land, will there be any need for fertilizer license?

If a license is required, it has to be taken from where and what is its process?

And if I want to brand my vermicompost or sell it online, will there be any license required?

The authority for fertilizer license is Controller of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers.

The documents you require are

Permanent Account Number (PAN)

Permanent Resident Certificate

Qualification Certificate Form

Site Map Plan

Bank Balance(at least Rs 50000)

Treasury Fee (Rs 1250)
