Thank you.. I always guide my friends about any consumer issues. A few days back one of friend had to pay penalty to LIC housing because his home loan ECS was bounced.. LIC increased the interest rate and hence the EMI without intimating my friend. I referred him to LIC fair practice code where they had mentioned that they will inform customer about any interest rate revision. My friend is now going to take this upto RBI and Consumer Forum
