(1)- I'm working as a postal inspector (4600 gp) and want to go back in my previous job (whose grade pay is lower than my present job) under lien. If my previous department allow me to come back but my present department doesn't want to relieve me,does my present department has authority to not relieve me if i am going under lien? if yes, what should i do
(2)- If i have returned in my previous department under lien, can i again apply for technical resignation when i get selected on any other post of higher grade pay in future?
