Live in relationship

Yes one can live in live in relationship but be aware don't marry with her until you get divorce decree from the court, not to get her pregnant and become father of her child, one thing more if she annoyed with you then she can file many criminal cases including rape case upon you .

Live in relationship during the pendencyof the divorce amounts to adultery,which will certainly have an adverse effect on the husband,if proved by the opp party.

 

This adultery is only ground of divorce nothing else i.e. if your wife can prove she can claim divorce. Nothing else.

There is no problem if you have child in this relationship. Even court will have sympathy on you since you are the father of that child. If anything happens wrong with you then what will be the fate of that child?

Leave in relation is legal if and only if the girl is unmarried.
