In rajasthan court has given judgement in ine case where married woman can live with her lover and can file divorce...its legal..

can you all please throw some light on this case..

She can live with hundred guys. What will happen, hubby will charge her with adulterery and she would bother. Divorce will be granted and she'll get rid of her hubby.

it is punishable offence under ipc for a woman but not for a man. according to law, doing s*x outside matrimony is punishable for a married woman. therefore she may make him - her best friend and may - go forward.
