HELLO TO ALL RESPECTED,

 

SIR / MADAM,

 

I HAVE JUST COMPLETED  MY CHARTERED ACCOUNTANCY COURSE, AND NOW A QUALIFIED CA AND  I WANT TO BECOME A LAWYER (ADVOCATE). BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT I HAVE NOT DONE B.COM OR ANY OTHER GRADUATION COURSE. AND I DON'T HAVE 5 YEARS TO PERSUE IN COLLEGE NOW.

MY QUERY IS THAT:-

 

CAN LL.B (3 YEAR) BE DONE WITHOUT HAVING DONE GRADUATION.

 

CAN A CA DEGREE BE ASSUMED EQUIVALENT TO GRADUATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERSUING LL.B.

 

I HAVE VERY KEEN INTEREST TO BECOME A LAWYER. PLS HELP ME.

As per my knowledge CA can be considered as graduation to take admission in LLB Course. But it would be good for you to make direct enquiry to Delhi University or other university in which you wanna to take admission.

The eligibility condition for admission to three years course can be read from the brochure or admission form itself, go through them to find answer for your query.
