I completed my LLM degree from Kurukshetra University Distance learning course in 2011. In 2012 The Bar council has de-recognised the course. Now what should i do because I stand disqualified from applying for the post of lecturer in any law college? I wish to institute a PIL for the cause of the candidates who have received their LLM degrees from distance learning and the ones who had taken admission in the said course prior to such derecognition are stranded and do not know where to go and what to do. Please help me.
