We jointly husband and wife purchsaed a (hut) 250 Sq ft. in Charkop area from a third person.
we are not regd with Registration authority, or MAHDA,
Now socety is saying that you are not a member, you dont have any voting power
you are staying ilegal
let me know what is the actual rules
suppose the soceity will issue the receipt on my payment in original aloteee name that is valuable for me,
or i will go to any authority.
