Made a director without knowledge

1.  Make online inspection  on MCA portal and download copy  of DIR.12 filed by the company  for your appointment as director.  Your signature on your consent letter might be forged one.

2.  Send a letter to the company  giving the facts and requesting for removing your name from Board of Directors.  Attach copy of the  letter to DIR.12 form and file with ROC online for removal of your name.  This will relieve you from your liability as a director from anything  wrong done by the company.  

3.  Thereafter you can take up the matter with company/ROC for  action for including your name as director without your consent.
