Ur wife is graduate. she can work to earn money to maintain her self. IT return show that she had definite income. Hence she will not be eligible to get interim maintenance.

Though not eligible for interim maintenance,in the final maintenance order,if her income is less than 1/3rd of UR gross income,then U will be ordered to pay the difference.
