i was working earlier, but after my delivery i cannot work as i have to take care of my 5 month baby. i live with my old parents. can i demand for maintence and how much. also when should i file for maintainence?
i have heard that court cases take many years to resolve. is there any way where maintence can start immediately.

Marriage is a scared intitution .What for did you marry if you never wanted to stay with your Husband .Yes you can get maintanence by filing false domestic violence act .They are many reliefs in that including maintanence and it also attracts pre jury for filing false cases .. But be prepared to fight a long legal battle and you should be ready to feed the lawyers which would consume your time energy and money .
