How to cancel the Maintenance Demand asked by a Disabled Wife, from a Disabled Husband, who earns low income too? The marriage lasted for 3 months and husband got Anticipatory Bail in 498-A case. All the blames are just to harass boy & his family. The girl is educated & can earn money while sitting at home, now demanding for Maintenance amout. Boys family don't have any evidence of girl's education,etc. Please guide. Thanks.

Husband is duty bound to pay the maintenance in case of his faliur to prove that her wife is capable to maintain herself.
Wife is also not entitle in case husband proves that she is living in adultery or refuse to live with him without sufficient reason or they are living separately by mutual consent.
