Here is the brief about my case.
I am indian origin UK citizen and married in india and migrated UK in 2005.
than we separated in 2010 and she left to india with my son.
Now my wife has file maintenance case in India under DV act for herself and for my son and court has past order in sept 2013 to pay 7000 Rs per month from last two year.
and she also went for revision in session court in India and asked to pay more .
I have paid 50,000 Rs as first lump sum of last two years.
meanwhile I have applied divorce in UK and she has has also hired lawyer ask financial settlement in UK as well
Infact I am the victim of Domestic violence in Uk and I have reported my incident in UK Police.
Need some help /ground to counter my wife's financial order.
