I was an asi in CISF from 2014 to 2016 . I took noc from my organisation and giving my technical resignation but CISF denied and said I am not eligible for technical resignation and then I submit normal resignation .
but I filed and review and after 2 year I got reply that they make a mistake and they r provided me technical resignation letter .
suffered from last two years .
I did not get my lean period benefit.
I did not get my probation period benefit .
can I claim for compunsation.
