Hi , I recently got married around 2 months ago in delhi Arya samaj mandir as per hindu customs. Now I would like to apply for marriage certificate in delhi, I dont have any address proof in delhi though I have been staying and working there for last 2 years. I also check on the govt webstite that Ration card is needed to get the marriage certificate. could some one pls guide me if ration card is mandatory, If not what is the process. I can get my voter card in a months times as I have applied for that
