what can wife do if her husband keeps torturing her mentally sending messages to her mobile saying go n stay with ur sister or parents.rent a house by ur self.n also f he keeps threatning her if she doesnt do that she may lose her job things never gonna change.we cant stay together for just a small fights between them?

ask your elders and they will call a panchyat and then try to resove the matter amicably.
If not possible then approach the women cell to patch up and made solution.
Even then if not sortout then consult any local lawyer, he will provide you every detial and way.

File a case under domestic violence Act. Sending SMS messages is also a part of cruelty. In this application, you can seek maintenance as well as protection from husband. (he would be restrained to send SMS messages to you)
