Well d problem is that the gals family has shifted another state (Andhra Pradesh ) , so she has an address proof of (Tamil nadu) ...
1) Can we register our marriage in andhra Pradesh with ID proof of Tamilnadu...??

Where you can marry is the district where either of you have proof of address of stay for one month or more on the day of giving notice for marriage to marriage officer. The proof of one of you in any district is sufficient to apply for the marriage under the Special Marriage Act 1954.
