material and legal reasoning

when a civil engineer errs bridges collapse. when an aeronautical engineer errs a plane crashes. when a doctor errs a man dies. so, does a litigant dies when a judge errs? does the nation die when injustice prevails?

As the legal system has Appeal provision as well as judicial reviews, we cannot say that 'a litigant dies when judge errs'.  Even a convict who has been awarded capital punishment has the right to seek 'mercy'.
