An order is passed by the Hon misnister of coperation,Maharashtra against the Order of the joint registrar,reverting back the dispute to Asst Reg MSCHF, in the year 2003. The order stipulates a time period of 2 months-60 days for the compliance with HIS order,ther has been no activity since then. The order directs MSCHF to confirm the genuineness of the documents/papers/receipts of payments made/bank passbooks as the Society failed to recognise the payments made etc. 

1) It this time barred now.

2) what are the remidies available. 

ANy other information that is necessary.

The order can be acted upon even now after a delay of a long time period.

You can request for specific performance of the order by explaining the reasons for delay.

Mr Jadhav with all due respect I request you to consider the facts again.

I am reffering to "Time Barring"/Law of limitation. An order has to be acted upon in the prescribed time etc Kindly elaborate.
