Medical Negligence....emergency

Hi I want to file a case of medical negligence against one of the medical institutes...but all the patient records are held by them...how do i proceed..shud i file an Fir first....or do i hav 2 get in touch with a lawyer...plz reply soon...its urgent

U may apply RTI first for document. Then police help u better.

Respected sir/madam

You may have some documents/reports, like: - doctor’s prescripttion /advice, test reports, medicine bills from pharmacy and if it is a hospital, they will provide patient I.D. and any documents/reports with you

 

Please first inform the concern hospital authorities about their medical negligence/ deficiency in service and wait for responsible answer, if not certainly you can register a case, if they are in deficiency in their service.
