(1) Please advice methods to expose "planted" police witnesses?
(2) Is this proper to send a Regd A/D Speed Post to the witness address noted in the Police Report with a message as under:
"Dear Sir,
Please acknowledge receipt of this letter and advice your convenient date, time & place so that our lawyer/Attorney may talk with you in connection with Case No. GR/XXX/14.
Thanks for your co-operation."
