Mis use of empty cheque

sir kindly note that.

1. The said person has misused your blank cheque and had filed a cr. case under sec. 138 of negotiable instruments act against you.

2. you may get summons from said court to appear on any given date. you may attend the said court and submit bail application and furnish surety documents.

3 you may defend the said case strongly with legal help.

4. you may also file a cr. revision before sessions court or a writ petition to the high court to stay and quash the said false cr. case against you.
