A person obtained legal aid for a case at family court claiming alimony from his wife who is a teacher.But after obtaining legal aid, he files another cheque case against the brother of his wife at the District Court.
NB:the cheque case was dismissed by the munsiff court. Also the wife was granted divorce by the family court. But it is at appeal at High Court.
The above incident shows that the husband is obtaining legal aid claiming he is poor, but filing cases with high payed advocates for another case.
