Dear Sir,
My husband died 10 months ago. There are a few group of people with whom he was dealing with and trasacting business. It has come to my attention that they are misusing his TIN as well as PAN to do business even after his death. They are defaulters in payment of Commercial Tax and Income Tax. It has not been paid for over 4 years.
I would like to authorise my family friend to represent me with both Government Bodies. Can anyone give me a draft format please.
