A Mosque in Dindigul having a Muslim Poulation of 3000 Muslims livng around is under an scheme approved by the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board to elect 33 members to the Managing Committee. This committee has not conducted any election to form office bearers but is run by a panel of five members . The Bank Account is operated by a committee of three people approved by the Managing Committee . Is it not proper to have a formal team of office bearers and to operate the Bank Account by the President / Secretary and the Treasurer ? Can this old practice of no objection by any body entitle the team of three persons to operate the Bank Account ?
