We purchased an apartment with legal opinion cleared and got street FMB, individual FMB approved in 2020. We are towards in final stage of pocession where there is a adjacent land owner coming with a different FMB signed by tahsdar with various values. Our FMB shape is normal and entire street is constructed like us. The neighbour owner came with 2021 FMB on rhombus shape which none of the houses are constructed. We approached tahsildar and RDO as everytime we get different values and they are not coperative. The neighbour owner went and filed a case that we have encroached a portion of their land. We are in trouble. We got valid patta approved FMB individual FMB etc. We suspect tahsildar RDO and others are not coperative.and suspecting some.cheating done by them. No one is coperative and supporting. Kindly guide whom I need to approach.
Expecting a Positive response as we lost our entire 20 years of savings here. We are helpless.
