Brief about my case iam having DVC filed by my lovely begum jahapana in 2010 after great persuation with the court i could able to get her back because of my daughter she stayed with me for 20 days in the year 2011 and said she will be back after my daughter completes her exams.But she never return inturn she filled 498A and jailed me for 3 days fortunately my father,mother,sister,brother in laws names were deleted in the enquiry.Immediately after bail i have waited for three more months where she will come back.As she never returned as per the MUSLIM SHARIAT LAW(muslim personal law) i have sent TALAQ notice through my advocate but they have denaid the post by bribing postman.After that i have proceeded through QAZI i have pronounced TALAQ infornt of QAZI and i have submitted in the wafk board and got the DIVORCE certificate and produced in the court where DVC is going on this i have done becoz she is not accepting the registered post and playing cat and mouse game. Now i am having certain doubts
1-WILL THE COURT ACCEPT THE TALAQ PRONOUNCED BY ME AS PER THE MUSLIM PERSONAL LAW
2-IF I GET MARRIED AGAIN WILL THERE BE ANY PROBLEM OR I WILL BE ATTRACT BIGAMY becoz I HEARD THAT IN ISLAM UPTO FOUR MARRIAGES IS VALID
3-IS THERE ANY CHANCE THAT COURT CAN WITHHELD MY SECOND MARRIAGE BY KEEPING RESTRICTION
4-WHAT WILL BE THE POSTION OF MY DVC
EXPERTS OPINION IS NEEDED URGENTLY BECOZ I HAVE SESSION IN THE NEXT WEEK
