I purchased a property and in the sale deed the seller did not mention municipal number in it but mentioned door number,survey number government and map details now the municipal official refuses to mutate the property in the absence of municipal number in the sale deed.What should I do as the seller expired recently???
In Sale Deed mentioned door number,survey number government and map details etc... so you contact Area Municipal Officer for that thenafter he search Municipal Number in his records as per your Sale Deed, and thenafter he is not mutate the property in his records then you make Declaration with mention Municipal Number and registered at Registrar office.
