Hello every one,
This is with regarding a property in Lucknow that belonged to my MATERNAL grand mother who died in 1997 without a will.
My grand mother had 6 sons and 3 daughters. ( of which 2 daughters have died in 2009 and 2012 - the earlier one is my mother).
Recently i came to know that the mutation of the property has been done in one of my uncle's name ( mama ji).
Is it possible to get a mutation done (IN LUCKNOW) with out the prior consent of the 2 demised daughter's kin ?? If yes then please tell me how ???
Recently the uncles are planning to sell of the property and they have asked for the death certificate of one of the demised daughter but the did not ask anything of my mother from me.
