I want to know the complete process of mutation?
Is numbardar important?
we are a poa holder of my uncle's property which would come in the name of his son and wife after his death.
Uncle had property in two village in the same district , one village mutation is done and the other is still waiting for 7 years.
Patwari has registered a intakal but he says he wants the signature of numbardar to complete the process and now numbardar is not willing to do this. (under pressure of our own family menber staying over there)
THIS IS 100% legal work (fathers property to son and wife). but i dont know why they r doing this.
We stay 1500 km away from the property. our family member who stays there does not want us to sell the property because they are using it. that why they are pressureing patwari & numberdar.
Please help really need to sell this agriculture land asap
Please guide how to get this work done.
