Mutual case -divorce order passed

Hi,

After the second hearing the in Mutual Consent divorce orders are passed. I have authorised my relative as attorney to recieve orders on the next hearing posted date.

What happens if my  power of attorney does not show up for recieving the orders on the date given by the court, will I be able to recieve it later on some other date?

If my power of attorney does not show up will the other party still recieve the orders?

Thanks

You can get the order copy as and when you are applying for the same from the concerned Court if your Power of Attorney Holder does not do so.
