Mutual divorce consent

Hi

can any one help me on below query

we both agree to file mutual consent but I want to know if domestic violence case will withdraw post pronouncement of divorce case and final amount will only after withdraw the domestic violence case
plz suggest can I agree with this point

i will put domestice case withdrawal condition in dv deed it is fine or i need to prepared any other document for withdrawal of domestice violence case

When it becomes condition precident for divorce, means she has to withdraw the cases and until that divorce wont' happen;

neitheir you give any consent till fulfillment of all of conditions...

It is not only complaint under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 but also other complaint(s) / case(s) pending and future litigation should come to an end through MoU'/ Agreement.
