My doughter 6 month old and my wife never seen to my child

Please give me suggetion I am father of my child and my wife never met my child to me.She want seperation and money.my doughter age 6 months before 1 year she submit a 498A and 125 and 34 againist me but I never do anything like that many time I try to call and sms to my wife but she never replly.

R u taking any suggetion from law year? Take it. I am giving inforation to u; now 498A is not violent. Don'the worry.also 125. There r lot of alibis. Now for ur child u must must must talk with her. Don't worry. Take proper guidance. Hope u will get ur desire.
