Dear sir
i am prakashbuvhan my father have house its 30yrs old its 60/60 its given a rent for 5000rs recenrly 9 months back i have entered for the renevation of that house with the permission of my parents now i have built 4 houses with 2bedrooms upstaries now i hve invested more than than 50lakhs my own earned money,my question is in feature my brother may ask 50% of the property he may not agree that i hve invested 50 lakhs ,so what safer papers that i can get from my father,my father agerred to give me written document saying that my son invested 50lakhs for my house,will is good or some other document i have to get,plz guide me,
