I believe she needs a psychatrist more than a lawyer.

I just want to add one more thing ie A LAWYER HAS TO A GOOD PSYCHATRIST TOO...however her husband is blackmailing her emotionally i suppose.  If he really cares for her he would not have harrassed the way you mentioned earlier..ask her what she wants finally and go ahead...

HAS TO BE. But not an expert in the field of psychology.

agreed....a lawyer must know everything about something and something about everything, and expertise comes only when we are good listeners and readers, am happy that this club has many such intelects...
