My mother's property

My mother has some property. She got that property from her father and he got that property from his father.Indirectly we can say.. my mother got propery from his grand father.

my mother has 4 children. 2 sons and 2 daughter...I am one of them.All are majors. every one got marry except me.

now my mother wants to give her property to 1 son(myself) and 1 daughter.

can she write will according to her wish? or any other ways to give property to 1 son and 1 daughter?

pls give suggestions....

since the said property is ancestral she needs to divide it among all her children as she has not acquired the property from her own income.

She can sale her property but all legal heir consent is necessary for that.

One another document make between purchaser and legal heir for consent sale this property from them mother.
