My wife's rights in her late father's family business

1)KINDLY ADVICE IF MY WIFE HAS SOME RIGHT IN ANCESTORAL BUSINESS, FROM SHARE OF MY LATE FATHER-IN-LAW, EVEN THOUGH SHE IS NOT PARTNER IN THE FIRM.THIS IS PVT.LTD FIRM IN WHICH MY LATE FATHER-IN-LAW WAS MANAGING DIRECTOR & HIS SON(MY WIFE'S ELDER BROTHER), HIS YOUNGER BROTHER HIS YOUNGER BROTHER'S SON ARE DIRECTORS OF THIS PVT.LTD FIRM.

2)THEY ARE RUNNING AUTO PARTS TRADING BUSINESS IN KASHMERE GATE. NOW AFTER DEATH OF MY FATHER-IN-LAW, OWNER OF THEIR SHOP IS ASKING THEM TO PAY MORE MONEY AS RENT, SECURITY(CURRENTLY THEY PAY VERY NOMINAL RENTAL CHARGES) & ASKING THEM TO HAVE FRESH AGREEMENT IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL NAME INSTEAD IN NAME OF FIRM.

WHAT RIGHT'S THEY HAVE AS DIRECTORS OF PVT.LTD FIRM WHICH HAS AGREEMENT WITH LANDLORD?

3)ALSO IN ABOVE BUSINESS, DOES MY WIFE HAVE ANY RIGHT OVER SHARE FROM MY LATE FATHER-IN-LAW , SINCE HE HAS NOT LEFT ANY "WILL"? HOW CAN WE PROTECT HER RIGHT IN THIS MATTER?

KINDLY ADVICE.

if the business is from your late FIL self earned , then if he has left any will favg his sons, your wife cannot question. IFthe business is ancestor busines and ur late FIL is carrying on this and hasbeen transferred to his sons, definetly ur wife has a share in it, the proceeds from that business has to be shared equally among all legal heirs.and those people had to take your wife also in to cofidence.
