I was born in 1982 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. I have birth ceritificate of brihan mumbai municiplan corporation.
The problem is My name and my mothers name is different than what is my actual name. My actual name is there on all other documents like passport, school/colleges documents etc.
The question is -
Can I change my name in birth certificate
can I get new certificate
What is the procedure for name change.
Any help in this regards is appreciated.
