During Flat registration, my name initial wrongly mentioned by the registrar. When I asked them to correct they said there is no issue.
Since the Sale deed document prepared by my lawyer had the correct name, only the registrar typed it incorrectly while taking the photo.
I also gone for mortage process since i took bank loan. Sub registrar corrected the name in Mortage document and also in EC.
Kindly suggest how serious the issue is, should i go for the correction of deed.
