Could you give more clarity on your query?

Hello sir, greetings of the day.
As per your query, when you want to update name in SRA, it will include a sale deed transfer. The owner will need to obtain permission from the authority, an NOC, then pay the stamp duty and the registration fees. Once that is done the mutation entries will be made at the office of the sub-registrar and the transfer is complete. After that you can consult a local lawyer and begin the process. For doing the same you need these documents; a duly signed copy of Affidavit, Sale Deed, and Power of Attorney from their legal heir. After going through the above process you can update your name in the SRA flats.
Hope this solves your query.
