Last year before applying a Karnataka Shops and Establishments Act Certificate I had checked on a government or private site for classification or nature of business under a certain Act. Not able to recall which act it is or what is the website, https://nitpu3.kar.nic.in/roc/ was one site I had in mind but it doesnt work anymore. I couldnt find it on the mca website too. Would be obliged if someone can throw some light on this. One example under the classification was like there was a Section and Sub Section for " entertainment " category in case of an event management company. I hope my point is clear. Thanks in advance for any help on this.
