Hi all respected members, I have one doubt so want the valuable opinion. Someone advised me that franking charge is necessary for court marriage ( marriage in special marriage act 1954 Sec-5). Both applicants are from diffrent religion( hindu, muslim). Plz guide me that is it realy necessary to pay for franking charges???
One more thing - Any other section applicable for inter religion marriage ..
