I need one clarification from seniors for the following questions
1. Can we make The Principal Secretary , Deputy Commissioner a party in a Petition to be filed before the Executive Officer, Taluk Panchayat .
2. If not, then which is the appropriate court to file a suit for cancellation of
Hakku Patra issued by Executive Officer , Taluk Panchayat Office under Ashraya
Scheme without acquisition of lands by the Deputy Commissioner.
Can the experts give the appropriate way immediately, in which I can proceed as our owned lands usay stake because of the issue of illegal Grant Certificate
