We got married in May 2015 by hindu riti riwaj.
Since last 4 month we are leaving separately.
We both want mutual divorce because we are not compatible we each other and our thinking is not matching
so we both want to move out of this relationship and want to go ahead in life.
We both are ready for mutual divorce.
Could you please suggest how we can come out of this relationship as soon as possible?

Sir,
For mutual consent divorce atleast one year of marriage and separation is required, better is to go for the annulment of marriage on the ground of forceful marriage and get out of it. The best part of annulment is you and your will we still be considered single and not a divorcee in the eyes of law.

what is application 13b and can we file it before completion of 1 year of marriage. My wife does not want any cash as alimony

Agreed with adv kapil.
You should go for annulment of marriage because if you wait for a year, Girl mind may change and she may ask for huge amount in future.
