Need advice on tranfer of property and registration documen

Registration document shows my father tranfered 50% self acquired property (land) on my uncle name( father's brother). This was done in 1982. Till now we have been using these lands for cultivation and these lands are not reflected in my uncle pattadar passbook. My father only paid tax for it till now. I have those bills. Is there any option for my father to cancel that and tranfer these property on my name now ( just like a WILL)? Please advice.

1) Possesion is nine point of law. If u are having the possession ofland then u will be considered as owner of that land.

2) Since ur father had made gift deed to ur uncle then u can't claim it as of ur right.

3) If ur uncle uncle make gift deed to u then only u get that property.

Thanks
