My brother wife filed a wrong 498a case against me and my famly members. In the meditation center found fault and issue is with the wife and asked her to withdraw the case and talk with her husband family, but she didn't agree and filed a affidavit in high court that the meditation members are threating her.
Question
1. I need to know what happened to the affidivit?
2. Any action was taken in the enquiry of it. can i file RTI to know what happened and will there be any enquiry if i file the RTI on the affidavit ?
