My self ritesh sharma from ahmedabad. In 2002 i was get married and i have 2 sons due to this marriage. In 2008 i was got a job in middle east and move to bahrain. In period of 2009 nov to jan 2010 i had purchased a house based at ahmedabad, and due to some money saving and more i was unable to present at india i had purchased it on my wife name. In feb 2010 i putted my resign and i got job away from my home ie kerala and from august 2010 to july 2012 dehradun. During this period i was staying alone and my wife was at ahmedabad with my two kids. Meanwile i found some proof that she has affaire with our family friend. So after lots of pressure i put resign in july 2012 and came to ahmedabad. Now
1. I have her detailed bill in which she made a 100s of calls and msg to that person
2. Call recording between them in which my wife talking to her about physical relation but he refuce such kind of relation
3. Proof that my wife has taken 3.5 lacs rs in one year from that boy
4. My childrens as a proof that he was regularrly comming yo my home in my absence
5. My wife refuce for s*xual relation between us from last vouple of month
6. She called a police and give false information yo them
7.she told me to vacant the house
So pl suggest what should i have to do
Is there any way to get this house on my name. Can i do adultery case on her on recorded proof.
